Frantoio Ciriello produces Classic and Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil from its 50 hectares of olive trees: the prevalent cultivar is Coratina, with its unmistakable bitter-spicy taste. To a lesser extent, but still present, the cultivars Peranzana, Leccino, Ogliarola barese, Carolea and Provenzale also grow. The farm also deals with the cultivation and production of other excellent local products such as Toritto almonds and Bari table olives of the "Termite di Bitetto" DOP variety.
